We would like to update our valued Reelbox customers on the evolving COVID-19 Coronavirus situation, and the precautions we are taking at this time.

The safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority

There is no doubt that our Nation is feeling many impacts as a result of the COVID-19 virus. While we have already taken precautionary steps to increase cleaning and sanitising procedures, our store has also introduced a number of new measures, including:

  • Updated product handling procedures and more frequent cleaning.

  • Social distancing of 4m2 and a maximum allowance of people for each location.

  • Cash payments will continue to be accepted for now but we wish to encourage you to ‘tap and go’ if possible.

As we navigate through this developing situation, we want to ensure that we’re providing the best care possible to you, our customers. Store closures are a last resort and will only occur if we feel that it is in the best interests of our customers and staff or we are instructed to do so by our Government.

Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected by virus. We have immense respect and admiration for those healthcare workers, community organisations and government bodies who are on the front line working hard to contain it.

Existing Customer Orders

We would like to assure all our existing customers that we are currently still working at 100% capacity and, as always finalising your orders is still our number one priority. Our Film Reels and Image Scanning departments are experiencing some delays due to the very large number of FAST TRACK EXPRESS orders we have received over the last 4 weeks. We do apologise for the delays. We ask you to please be patient as we complete your order. We can assure you that your precious memories are in good hands and safe and sound at our processing facility.

We are still open to our local customers and you are welcome to collect your finished orders from our processing centre. If you would like us to arrange a courier service for you please call us on 0755395555.

New Customer Orders

We are accepting ALL new orders via instore drop off and post or courier. Our promise to you is that all new orders received will be completed and returned to you. For all our local customers, if you would like to avoid coming into our store we are happy to arrange a local courier service to have your order picked up directly from your home and delivered to us for only $15 (up to 25KG).
